The upper diameter of the 10" Wok is 10 Inches, the 12" Wok is 12 Inches, and the 14'' Wok and Lid is 14 Inches. The lower diameter of the 10" Wok is 5 Inches, the 12" Wok is 5.5 Inches, and the 14'' Wok and Lid is 7 Inches. The weight of the 10" Wok without the Lid is 2 lbs, the 12" Wok is 3 lbs, and the 14'' Wok and Lid is 4 lbs. The 14'' Wok and Lid is the only one in this range that includes a Lid.

HexClad's patented Hybrid Technology combines the searing capabilities of stainless steel with the easy cleanup of non-stick. The laser-etched stainless steel hexagonal network of ridges forms peaks over non-stick valleys, delivering the best of both worlds.

The stay-cool handles on these cookware pieces are designed to be heat-resistant, although shorter handles closer to the heat will heat up more quickly. It is recommended to use oven mitts when removing the cookware from the oven.

All the HexClad Hybrid Cookware in this range is oven-safe up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and the tempered glass lids are oven-safe up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
